Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. vag88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Member's failure to protect their login details. Any suspected unauthorised access to an Account must be reported to vag88 support immediately.
The minimum age to hold a vag88 Account and use any part of the Platform is 21 years. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced at the point of registration through automated and manual KYC verification processes.
vag88 reserves the right to suspend an Account at any time pending age verification and to request certified documentary proof of age, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport or driving licence. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all pending bets voided, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source less any applicable processing fees.
Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing or placing bets on the vag88 Platform under any circumstances.
vag88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction, which may include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and other Malaysian banking channels. Accepted methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method registered on the Member's Account only. vag88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the Account holder. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within minutes to hours during normal operating conditions. vag88 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
vag88 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. Fees imposed by a Member's bank or payment service provider are the Member's own responsibility.
All transactions on the vag88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Currency conversion charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Member.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by vag88 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published with each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type: live casino games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked, slots contribute at varying rates as specified per game, and certain game types may contribute 0% toward wagering requirements.
vag88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them in cases where a Member is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate Accounts to claim multiple Welcome Bonuses; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to convert Bonus Funds without genuine risk; or coordinating bets with other Members to exploit a promotion.
The vag88 Welcome Bonus is available to new Members on their first deposit only. One Welcome Bonus per Member, household, device, IP address and payment method. The Welcome Bonus cannot be combined with other Welcome Offers unless explicitly stated.
All bets placed on the vag88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots or lottery. These rules are published within each product section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
vag88 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price or market being offered; (b) a bet has been placed after an event has concluded; (c) the bet constitutes exploitation of a manifest pricing error; or (d) fraudulent activity is detected in connection with the bet.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products and are displayed at the point of bet placement. vag88 reserves the right to modify individual Account betting limits at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vag88 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
vag88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account involved in prohibited conduct, void all associated transactions, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where required.
All content on the vag88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations and user interface design — is the exclusive property of vag88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of vag88.
vag88's collection, storage, use and disclosure of personal data is governed by the vag88 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
vag88 may be required to disclose Member data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies or financial institutions in accordance with applicable legal obligations or in connection with the prevention of fraud and money laundering. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vag88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to a Member's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue or business interruption.
vag88's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vag88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any particular event or market will remain open for betting. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, game or transaction, the vag88 Platform records shall constitute the primary authoritative record. Members who wish to dispute a transaction or game outcome should contact vag88 support within 30 days of the event in question. vag88 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, Members may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under whose licensing vag88 operates.
